One Trainer ? Two Or More Clients
1-on-more personal training makes it possible for you and a friend, or other compatible partner, to work toward similar goals under the guidance of one personal trainer. The objective is to encourage you to exercise properly and achieve your goals with the support of a partner, and is available in our fitness center or at home. Your shared training sessions will be fun and motivational, and your results will be inspiring.

Choosing the right partner is a key. If your goal is to reduce body fat, it makes sense for you to work out with someone who shares that goal. Other goals might include improved cardio vascular health, weight loss, general conditioning toning or improved strength for a particular activity or sport like skiing or running.

Our proven in-home fitness techniques include the use of free weights, jump rope, resistive tubing, Swiss ball, exercise step, and mat, but we can also design a program with no equipment at all.
