Q: What does an hour of boot camp entail?
A: Each hour of boot camp will vary, but will incorporate core conditioning, flexibility,
plyometrics, agility drills, abdominal toning, cardiovascular exercises, functional training,
short distance running (less than 1 mile), interval training, circuit training, body weight
resistance training, strength building and more. We always warm up and cool down.
Q: How long is each camp?
A: Usually around 2-3 hours.
Q: When will I see changes in my body?
A: You will start to feel results in the first week. It is typical to see results within 2-3 weeks.
But remember, each person is different so results will vary.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Towel, Water, Yoga or Exercise Mat.

Program?
A: Absolutely not! First, our medical history form will let us know any precautions related
to your health and fitness levels. You will start training at your appropriate level and you
will move up as you get faster and stronger. We've designed the program to be suitable for
everyone.
